Our client, a leading organization in the automotive manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the Production Support Department supporting various product assembly lines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a strong commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Costa Mesa, CA

Pay Range: $27/hr

Shift: 7 am - 4 pm

What's the Job?

Mix 2-stage epoxy in accordance with established SOP to ensure proper mix with minimal voids.

Apply mixed epoxy to components following SOP to ensure proper adherence to prepped surfaces.

Perform visual inspections to verify color consistency and application quality of epoxy.

Understand production schedules and daily assembly requirements to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Support sub-assembly or deburr operations during periods of low epoxy application demand, ensuring continuous workflow.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.

Comprehensive understanding of power deburr/edge break tools (air and electric) and their attachments.

Proficiency with manual deburr tools such as knives, countersinks, and files.

Ability to interpret technical information and perform detailed deburr and edge break operations on various engine components.

Experience with measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, and go/no-go gauges.
