IN SHORT - Fresh Cut Flower Order Processors are responsible for picking and packaging WHOLESALE orders of fresh flowers and greens that are to be shipped to our customers, which are primarily retail and event florists.

We are honored to support over 400 retail floral professionals across Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and Maryland. At Dillon Floral, every bloom and every delivery is a testament to our commitment to Exceptional Personal Care.

This is a PART-TIME entry level position with the potential for advancement.

We are looking for candidates who are available specifically on MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, and FRIDAYS and able to work the set schedule as listed below.*

Hours will average 22-26 hrs hours per week.

The schedule for this position is as follows:

Monday - 10am-5:30pm or until done

Wednesday - 10am-5:30pm or until done

Friday - 10am-5:30pm or until done

The "done" end time is when all orders have been picked and packed. Additional days may be available based on the needs of business.

Shift times may be adjusted through out the seasons while maintaining a part time weekly average.

*Sunday availability may be required in the future. Sunday shifts are tied to our inventory delivery schedule and typically range between 8:00am and 2:00pm, depending on operational needs. Sunday shift duties specifically involve receiving and processing in our weekend deliveries.

We are looking for an individual who is detailed oriented, dependable, accountable for their work, can multitask, and above all can be a team player in a fast-paced environment.

This is a physically demanding position. Candidates must be able to physically withstand working inside refrigerated coolers and being on their feet for the majority of their shift. Some heavy lifting may be required.

Job duties include:

Order fulfillment of bulk fresh cut flowers and cut greens for customer orders in a wholesale environment

Packaging customer orders with care for delivery

Communicating with our sales team regarding order issues

Organizing products and sweeping flower coolers at end of work day

This position requires the ability to accurately identify and differentiate colors to ensure proper order fulfillment.

Floral knowledge and basic computer skills are a plus, but not required. We will provide proper training in these areas for the right candidate.

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 -- 26 per week
