Join a pioneering team at a new state-of-the-art site equipped with the latest automation technologies. In this role, you will support the Operations Maintenance team by repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems. You will also have the opportunity to install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment, and mentor junior technicians to help them grow in their roles.

Pay: $35.50/hour

Location: Loveland, CO

Shifts: Day and Night shifts available

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support our Operations Maintenance team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our equipment runs efficiently and safely while also helping shape the next generation of maintenance talent.

What You'll Do:

Repair and maintain material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, and automated conveyor systems throughout the facility

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment

Perform mechanical, electrical, and controls-based repairs as needed to support continuous operations

Assist in facility start-up, equipment commissioning, and implementation of new automation technologies

Mentor and support junior maintenance technicians to help develop their skills

Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety policies, procedures, and best practices

Must-Have Qualifications:

2+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience

2+ years of hands-on repair experience with material handling equipment, automated conveyor systems, or similar mechanical/controls-based systems

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and variable work areas as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
