Hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians - Direct Hire

A state-of-the-art, fully automated facility is launching operations, and we're hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support a 24/7 production environment. You'll work with advanced robotics, high-speed conveyor systems, and automated packaging equipment-playing a critical role in keeping production running safely and efficiently.

Location: Loveland, CO

Pay: $35.50/hr

Schedule: Open availability required (days, nights, weekends, holidays)

Job Description:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair robotic, mechanical, pneumatic, and automated conveyor systems.

Perform maintenance activities that maximize uptime during peak production periods.

Install, optimize, and maintain automated packaging and distribution equipment.

Provide on-shift technical support and mentor developing technicians.

Maintain continuous equipment operation in a fast-paced, high-demand facility.

Skills/Qualifications:

2+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience.

2+ years working with material handling equipment, automated conveyors, robotics, or industrial automation.

Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts without restriction.

Preferred Experience:

CMMS proficiency.

Preventative maintenance experience.

Strong understanding of conveyor systems and automation.

Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with controls, safety standards, and risk-reduction practices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
