Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a (WISCONSIN) Machine Operator - Second Shift to join their team. As a (WISCONSIN) Machine Operator - Second Shift, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: (WISCONSIN) Machine Operator - Second Shift

Location: Mineral Point, WI

Pay Range:

Shift: Second Shift, 8 hours per shift

What's the Job?

Operate machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity standards.

Follow all safety, health, and environmental policies, reporting hazards and incidents immediately.

Perform quality inspections and control non-conforming materials to ensure product standards are met.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine housekeeping and machine maintenance tasks.

Collaborate with team members and support staff to identify and address equipment issues and improve processes.

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation.

Ability to follow standard work procedures and quality standards.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
