Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
At least 1 year of previous PT experience
Outpatient experience
EPIC experience
Work history/resume must have 24 months of current Physical Therapist experience
Driver’s License required

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Home Health
Shift: Days
Shift Start Time: 0800
Traveler will work 4 days in the outpatient clinic and 1 day in acute care
On call on Saturday 0700-1200 and Sunday 0700-1100
May float within the same discipline across local campuses
