How you'll make an impact in this role

Coordinate office operations and workflowfor the assigned department, ensuring efficient administrative support and continuity of daily activities.

Manage office services and communications, including telephone coverage, supplies, and the preparation and distribution of correspondence, meeting materials, and reports.

Maintain organizational systems and compliance, tracking scheduling information, managing filing systems, and disseminating updates to policies and procedures.

Support operational efficiency and stakeholder communicationby monitoring office expenses, recommending process improvements, and responding to internal and external inquiries with appropriate information and resources.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
