Join our dynamic team in Miami, FL as a Project Manager, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing a $100 Million+ high-rise project. You will collaborate closely with Operations and Project Leadership, utilizing your exceptional management and administrative skills to drive the success of both the project and the company.
Responsibilities
Participate actively in the preconstruction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and bidding.
Review and provide feedback on the Owner Agreement during contract negotiations.
Design, manage, and update the project schedule in collaboration with team members.
Manage purchasing activities for individual projects.
Oversee the day-to-day management of the construction budget.
Ensure a timely and comprehensive Owner billing process.
Manage subcontractor payment applications and content.
Analyze and evaluate PCOs from subcontractors and vendors.
Examine Contract Documents for completeness, deficiencies, and code compliance.
Oversee all subcontract and purchase order agreements from award to close-out.
Provide field staff with the necessary tools for project execution, including budget and contracts.
Represent the company during OAC meetings and provide comprehensive Project Status Reports.
Respond promptly to design team and consultants, ensuring timely closure of reports.
Direct, train, and supervise all Project Engineering functions such as RFIs and Submittals.
Manage a precise and complete project close-out process.
Essential Skills
Project management experience in high-rise construction.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related engineering discipline.
5+ years of Project Management experience on $100 million+ high-rise projects.
Strong communication and leadership skills at the management level.
Proficiency in construction industry software such as Procore, Primavera P6, and MS Teams.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
AP certification preferred.
Experience with computerized estimating systems and electronic invoicing software.
Working knowledge of BIM 360 Glue and Blue Beam editing software.
Familiarity with Building Connected/Procore Subcontractor Solicitation/Prequalification.
Experience with Drone Deploy and P-Vault electronic invoicing.
Work Environment
The Project Manager will divide their time between the assigned project site and the Coral Gables office. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and reporting to the VP of Operations. Projects include The WELL Coconut Grove and Ziggurat in Coconut Grove. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
