Key Responsibilities:

As a LLM Model Developer, resource will be responsible for fine-tuning Large Language Models with an emphasis on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to enhance model relevance and performance in specific @contexts.

You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.

Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.

Expert proficiency in Python (Programming Language) is required.

Advanced proficiency in AI Agents is recommended.

Additionally, advanced proficiency in PostgreSQL and Large Language Models (LLMs) is suggested.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of work experience

Minimum 1 year of python experience

High School Diploma or GED

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
