Supplier Quality Management Senior Analyst

Overview

The Supplier Quality Analyst supports supplier quality activities by assisting with monitoring supplier performance, coordinating corrective actions, and maintaining quality data and reporting. This role partners with Supplier Quality Engineers, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to help ensure supplied materials meet quality standards and production requirements.

The position provides foundational exposure to supplier quality processes, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting daily operational quality needs.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in tracking supplier quality issues and maintaining related logs, dashboards, and reports

Support data collection and analysis related to customer field issues and supplier performance

Coordinate documentation and follow-up activities for corrective action requests (CARs)

Participate in cross-functional problem-solving activities to support issue resolution

Help verify completion of corrective actions and maintain supporting records

Prepare basic reports and summaries on supplier quality metrics

Communicate updates with internal stakeholders regarding investigation status

Support SQEs and Quality leadership with additional quality projects and administrative tasks

Minimum Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, supply chain, or technical environment

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

Internship or exposure to manufacturing or quality environment

Basic understanding of quality tools (5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto, etc.)

Continuous improvement training or coursework

Physical Requirements

Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.)

Frequent standing, bending, and walking in manufacturing environment

Environmental Demands

PPE required (earplugs, gloves, eyewear, safety-toed shoes/boots)

Travel

Minimal to none
