Job responsibilities
Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Establish, track, and refine OKRs, KPIs, and other key business metrics; set targets and monitor progress against strategic goals
Oversee product backlog and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder priorities, and modernization goals
Partner with the project manager to plan the roadmap on an ongoing, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Facilitate effective sprint planning and resource utilization, partnering with Project manager and engineering leads to ensure timely delivery of high-value features
Build and manage key relationships with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, Servicing, Legal, and Compliance
Support production issue resolution and feedback loops, ensuring continuous improvement and client satisfaction
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, portfolio management, or management consulting - within financial services, payments, or technology
Knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
Identify high-ROI AI use cases and create roadmaps.
Translate user needs into AI product requirements with value
Structured and strategic thinker, effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail; ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated track record of driving change and transformation in a complex organization
Ability to work independently, manage expectations, and communicate effectively across teams and time zones. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and JIRA
