HIRING : ENTRY-LEVEL ASSEMBLERS AND OPERATORS for $17/Hr-$18/HR

Shift- 2nd Shift, Payrate - $17:50/Hr to $18/Hr

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler with basic assembly and machine operating experience to join our production team. This role involves assembling electronic and mechanical components, performing quality checks, and collaborating with engineers to improve processes and product quality.

Responsibilities

Assemble electronic and mechanical components using manual and semi-automated tools such as drivers, wrenches, and soldering guns.

Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly operations on modules, boards, chassis, frames, and cables.

Conduct in-process quality checks and perform rework or repairs as needed.

Operate machines and perform setups/changeovers.

Read and interpret engineering drawings.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Participate in training programs to stay current with new techniques and technologies.

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and other regulatory guidelines.

Essential Skills

Experience working in the manufacturing industry.

Experience performing basic assemblies.

Basic machine operating experience.

Ability to perform laborious job duties.

Understanding of blueprints and mechanical assembly.

Experience with hand tools and general labor.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with surface mount and through hole soldering is a plus.

Work Environment

The position is for the 2nd shift, operating from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities. Training will also take place during the 2nd shift. Enjoy working in a temperature-controlled environment, where no heavy lifting is required, although standing and moving boxes will be necessary. The role involves repetitive tasks, providing a consistent work experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vista, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
