Immediately hiring Warehouse Coordinator in Mickelson, NJ

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Coordinator to oversee operations in a fast paced food distribution warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and team coordination.

Shift/Pay:

8:00AM - 4:30PM@ $21-22 per hour based on experience (Morning) Monday-Friday must be flexible working Saturdays

Job Description

Join our team in Mickleton, NJ as a Warehouse Coordinator on the 1st shift. You will play a crucial role in coordinating the loading and unloading of trucks, preparing shipments, and managing documentation such as invoices and bills of lading. You will also generate reports, use WMS/ERP software for data entry, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks.

Prepare shipments and manage shipping documentation.

Generate reports and enter data using WMS/ERP software.

Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities.

Operate forklifts and other moving equipment safely.

Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Skills

1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution logistics role.

Proficiency in WMS/ERP software and basic computer skills, including spreadsheets.

Ability to operate sit-down forklifts and other moving equipment.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and leadership abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with inventory, shipping and receiving, data entry, and material handling.

Familiarity with supply chain processes and warehouse inventory management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) experience preferred.

Strong computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

Work the 1st shift from 8 am to 4:30 pm in a brand new 575,000 sq. ft. building. The warehouse is heated in the winter but not air-conditioned, with fans to maintain comfortable temperatures in the summer. The environment has a strong spice smell, and appropriate footwear that meets OSHA standards is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paulsboro, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
