Outbound Warehouse Operator

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Job Purpose The role will be material
handling with an emphasis in picking customer orders, loading and
unloading of semi-trailers, along with other inventory duties as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Efficiently identify location of
parts in PDC (Parts Distribution Center), pick the quantity of each part
as reflected on each customer order line, complete order paperwork,
prepare and pack product for shipment. Load trailers by hand or in
combination of powered forklifts, carts, and other ancillary equipment
as required. Double-check items to verify the accuracy of outgoing
orders. Attend scheduled work hours on a regular and timely basis.
Maintain good attendance. Regularly contribute to the team effort to
produce a quality product. Work mandatory overtime when required.
Communicate effectively through verbal and digital methods (email, text
messages, etc.) in a manner that is professional and within company
policy and as directed by the immediate supervisor. Assist with all
aspects of shipping, receiving, counting, movement, and organizing of
materials as part of warehouse operations as directed by supervisor.
Work with other warehouse team members to effectively complete assigned
tasks. Conduct cycle and physical counting of all materials as assigned.
Accurately document all shipments whether inbound or outbound.
Use/interface computer system to access information and process
paperwork in a timely manner when required for the tasks being
performed. Perform all assigned tasks in a safe, efficient, timely,
accurate and highly productive manner according to company policy.
Ability to work under limited supervision from a warehouse supervisor or
by direction of other warehouse management. Move and transfer products
between various sections of the warehouse as needed to maintain good
