Some Administrative Experience required

Schedule Expectations: Monday - Friday / 8:00am - 5:00pm

Full-Time Status: 40 hours/week

Administrative Assistant Job Details

Screen all people entering the clinic for COVID (questions and temp along with providing a mask)

Process admission requests and follow up with hospitals to assure we have all required documents to accept patients

Admit and discharge patients in computer system

Document appointments and follow up with offices to receive appointment notes

Order office supplies

Filing, good organizational skills, desire to learn DaVita specific systems quickly

Prioritize tasks throughout the day/week even when unexpected things happen

Clear and prompt communication with team, practitioners, and outside partners

Complete tasks in a timely manner

Job Requirements

You must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited certification program

Personable with excellent computer and clerical skills (Microsoft Office)

Job experience in a related administrative position and/or medical setting required
