Job Title: Solderer Assembler

Job Description

Join our team as a Solderer Assembler, where you will be involved in the intricate process of soldering and electronic assembly. This role involves assembling, testing, and setting up products to ensure they meet customer requirements. You will be working with sub-assembly circuit boards and ensuring each product functions optimally.

Responsibilities

Assemble products by soldering and attaching sub-assembly circuit boards to the product's housing.

Test products for functionality and operational efficiency.

Configure products to meet customer-specific requirements.

Document assembly processes using a computer.

Essential Skills

Experience with hand tools.

Proficiency in soldering, particularly through-hole soldering.

Prior experience in assembly.

Ability to read and write in English.

Competence in using a computer for documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience working with PC boards.

Familiarity with sensors or gauges.

Quality Control (QC) experience.

Flexibility with work hours is offered, with shifts starting at 5am, 6am, or 7am, and potential overtime typically occurs after the shift. The company serves high-profile clients such as NASA, Boeing, and NASCAR, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LIBERTYVILLE, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
