Responsibilities: Deliver in-depth analysis, insights, and actionable recommendations from data to support strategic planning, decision-making, and course correction for identified risks Simplify and communicate complex messages to highlight and summarize essential points, telling the business story that supports the data Advance the firm\'s financial strategy with proactive analysis, planning, and forecasting, focusing on future outlooks, including fiscal year projections and medium-term strategic outlooks Gain a seat at the table with finance and business stakeholders, providing financial insights and articulating an independent perspective Foster an environment where people and technology (including AI) collaborate effectively, resolving issues that hinder team performance, and continuously developing new skills in alignment with business transformation Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG\'s respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications: Minimum five years of recent accounting and finance background within a professional services environment is preferred Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, finance, or related field required Strategic thinker with a proactive and results driven mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficient in financial software and MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S....
