You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, control access points, and respond to alarms and incidents with calm, professional communication. Pay Rate: $28.68 / Hour

Tue02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Wed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Thur10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, and directing individuals to authorized areas at an aero and defense location.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter points, watching for unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, initiating emergency response activities when appropriate and requesting law enforcement and/or medical support as needed.

Perform security-related screening, inspections, and checks of doors, gates, and restricted spaces, documenting irregularities and reporting concerns through the chain of command.

Complete detailed written reports and electronic logs, including incident reports, patrol activity, and daily shift activity, and communicate relevant updates to oncoming personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

Have 3+ years' combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience OR a college degree.

Possess an armed guard card and/or license.

Be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Have 5+ years of security-related experience.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
