J ob Summary:

Under direct supervision, performs a variety of general clerical and administrative support/HR functions and processes in support of a unit or office and related personnel.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Daily maintenance of KRONOS timekeeping entries & corrections

Maintain Personnel Shadow Files

Maintain Medical Personnel files

Maintain Audit Checklist

Distribute, collect, and file annual training document on all Personnel

Act as back-up Receptionist

Assist HR Tech as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED AND two years of general office or administrative experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

Ability to use office equipment

Answer and direct phone calls
