As a Security Officer - Overnights - Manufacturing in Appleton, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and deliver customer service that puts people first. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed at an industrial location.

Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Control access at designated entry points by checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing contractors and deliveries to appropriate locations.

Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and/or access control systems; report irregular activity, hazards, and maintenance issues to site leadership per post orders.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events, completing incident reports, and coordinating with emergency services when required.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
