SLC, UT (In-Office) - Relocation required without relocation assistance

Are you a recent graduate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems, working with people, and learning how businesses operate behind the scenes? A prestigious investment bank in Salt Lake City is looking for Financial Analysts to join their Operations team where you'll play a critical role in supporting global trading and investment activity.

Their Financial Operations analysts work closely with business, sales, and technology partners to support trading, booking, and reconciliation for firm clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to financial markets while developing valuable professional skills in collaboration, stakeholder communication, and operational problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to resolve trading and operational issues

Support trade booking, settlement, and reconciliation processes

Work with Private Wealth Management sales teams to support client transactions

Analyze data and reporting to help identify and mitigate operational risks

Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and new product initiatives

What We're Looking For

Strong team collaboration and cross-functional communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across teams

Eagerness to learn, grow, and build a career in financial services

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (MUST BE COMPLETED)

1-2 internships in financial markets, banking, or operations functions (preferred)
