As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Rover in City Of Industry, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will make routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support employees and visitors with strong customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, drivers, and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse, yard, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards and/or irregular conditions.

Monitor gates, trailer drop areas, and shipment flow; verify credentials, maintain visitor and vehicle logs, and direct traffic per post orders.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; contact site leadership and/or emergency services when required and document actions taken.

Complete routine reports, incident reports, and shift activity logs; communicate observations and trends to the Allied Universal supervisor and/or client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
