Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Administrative Support Department supporting the Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Albany, GA

Pay Range: $16

Shift: Part-Time / Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

What's the Job?

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Inside Sales team

Assist with paperwork and document preparation

Manage general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

Process sales documentation accurately and efficiently

Support team members with various administrative duties as needed

What's Needed?

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy

Proficiency in basic office software

Strong attention to detail and proactive approach
