We're hiring for a prestigious financial services firm seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional to provide administrative and operational support to multiple advisor teams. What You'll Be Doing:

· Prepare, review, and edit confidential correspondence and documents

· Scan, manage, and archive documents across multiple systems

· Support travel expense and billing allocation processes

· Assist with time-sensitive quarterly client tax payments

· Contribute to miscellaneous operational projects as needed

What You Bring:

· Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills

· High attention to detail and reliability

Experience That Helps:

· Front desk, administrative, or operational support experience

· Handling confidential information

· Managing competing priorities and deadlines

· Preparing and reconciling expense or travel reports

· Working in a collaborative team environment
