Our client, in the hospitality industry is seeking a Room Attendant to join their team. As a Room Attendant, you will be part of the Housekeeping Department supporting guest satisfaction and cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Room Attendant

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay Range: $14 - $18

Shift: Day Shift - Weekends Required

What's the Job?

Clean, sanitize, and reset guest rooms according to hotel standards

Make beds, replace linens, and restock towels and amenities

Dust all surfaces and vacuum carpets, rugs, and floors

Clean and disinfect bathrooms including sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers

Remove trash, recycling, and used items from rooms

What's Needed?

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25-30 lbs

Comfortable working with cleaning tools and chemicals (training provided)

Basic communication skills and a guest-service mindset

Prior housekeeping experience is helpful but not required
