The P750 Strategy and Program Management Division is the back-bone support for all Center for Securing the Homeland (CSH) Program Management Office (PMO) and business-related functions. Our team works closely with varying levels of staff across CSH and Corporate Finance organizations, predominantly supporting Managing Directors, Department Managers and Project Leaders who execute work for Department of Homeland Security (DHS) government agencies, Department of State (DOS), and the National Cybersecurity FFRDC (NCF) sponsored by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

Roles & Responsibilities:

Give PMO Partner support to include proposal/RFP facilitation, pipeline facilitation, project set up and project execution compliance, budget facilitation

Assist the preparation of FFRDC reviews

Assist with preparing for CSH Business Reviews

Assist with meeting contractual deadlines and compliance for FFRDC contract deliverables

Proficient in SharePoint, responsibilities include: Assist project leaders on business processes and norms and address ad hoc requests

Participate in Corporate working groups (e.g., pipeline management, staffing, etc.)

Participate in Business Transformation efforts and provide guidance to project leaders as new tools and processes roll out

Provide staff planning guidance to Project Leaders

Basic Qualifications:

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with relevant experience who can immediately contribute at this job step; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.

Understanding of business analytics, management and operations, RFP's/contracts and finances and budgeting

Proficient in using Microsoft suite of tools

Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information or applicants

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field

Knowledge of Federally Funded Research and Development Center operations

Knowledge of CSH and MITRE Public Sector customers and operations

Experience with business analytics, management and operations, RFP's/contracts and finances and budgeting

High level of proficiency in using Microsoft suite of tools

High level of proficiency in SharePoint online

High level of proficiency in Tableau

Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced and changing environment

Ability to independently work and initiate and manage change

Dependable, flexible, and professional demeanor

Flexibility to work additional hours to meet Project deadlines, as needed

DoD Secret Clearance / DHS Fitness

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary compensation range and midpoint:

$83,200 - $104,000 - $124,800 Annual
