Responsibilities of Position:

ERP and MES Performance Management

Ensures the quality of the local data in all systems (e.g. Tiscam (MES), SAP (ERP), IPB (APS), ...)

Monitor iDocs between ERP and MES and follow-up with stakeholders (Quality, Warehouse, Customer Service, Engineering, Planning)

Identifies Root Causes of data issues that impact business results, and implements corrective actions

Follow existing Data Monitoring plan to meet OPEX standards.

Create local master data & follow modification workflow (creation of Part Numbers, ...)

Collaborate across departments to identify best practices

Additional roles

Supports the local users (coaching, training, reporting...) and IS (integration, fixing issues, migration, archiving...) for data related topics

Support the planning team for cycle counts and inventories, and ensure data are matching across systems.

Report & follow Aging Work Orders with stakeholders.

Close Work Orders ensuring all parts were delivered & issued appropriately to limit variances, correct as needed prior close.

Travel may be required

Perform other related duties as required

Global Team Member

Builds relations with the global Data Site Leaders network and gives feedback on local activities

Proposes ways of improvement and proactively participates in the resolution of issues

Contributes to the definition of the global data processes

Contributes to the definition of the global data quality plan of audit, indicators, rules, and policies

SAP experience

Tiscam & IBP experience is a plus

SQL Data base experience preferred
