SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for evaluating the physical therapy needs of assigned patients, for formulating and implementing treatment programs, and for monitoring patient progress.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist by the state of employment.

AHA BLS upon orientation completion
