In this role, you'll provide administrative support across the organization, ensure the integrity of organizational documents through record retention, and be the first point of contact for visitors at our Corporate Office. You will be a vital part of the team supporting our mission to provide exceptional care to every customer. You'll use your strong communication skills to create a warm, professional experience for visitors and employees, while managing a variety of administrative tasks including: Accurately handle data entry, scanning, and indexing of key documents Assist departments by printing letters and processing check payments Respond to external requests for customer banking information Enroll employees in compliance training system and assign courses Coordinate trainings and catering orders Monitor the reception area by routing messages, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate contacts Provide back-up to the mail processing center Education and Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent required 1 year of experience in a professional business environment Schedule: This is a part-time position offering25 hours per week. We are seeking a candidate who is ideally available to work Monday-Friday 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM with flexibility to add or adjust hours as needed.
