Description

We are looking for a motivated and attentive Sales Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our sales operation, you will provide essential administrative and sales support to ensure the smooth processing of contracts and orders. This is a Contract to Permanent position, offering a great opportunity for career growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist the outside sales team by verifying and confirming contract details and order accuracy.

Provide administrative support to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities.

Respond to inbound inquiries and provide prompt assistance to customers.

Manage outbound communications to foster strong relationships with clients.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales transactions.

Monitor sales metrics and provide regular updates to the sales team.

Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and thorough manner.

Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to better assist customers.

Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the sales team through proactive support.

Requirements - Previous experience in inside sales or sales support roles.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound sales processes.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.

Competence in using sales tools and software for tracking and documentation.

Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Familiarity with manufacturing or construction supply industries is a plus. TalentMatch®
