Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Planner I to join their team. As a Manufacturing Maintenance Planner I, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Planner I

Location: San Leandro, CA

Pay Range: $40.00

Shift: 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 7am - 4pm

What's the Job?

Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules for production equipment, machinery, and facilities using CMMS tools.

Prioritize maintenance tasks based on urgency, criticality, and production needs to ensure optimal equipment uptime.

Review work requests and create detailed work orders, including scope, required materials, and estimated time for completion.

Monitor spare parts inventory levels, coordinate reordering, and collaborate with procurement to ensure availability of critical parts.

Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, implement preventive maintenance strategies, and improve reliability.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is preferred.

2-4 years of proven experience as a maintenance planner or scheduler in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in CMMS systems such as FIIX, Maximo, EAM, PMC2000, SAP, and Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
