Customer Associate - On-Site (Sales & Warehouse)

Position Overview

The Customer Associate - On-Site is a key point of contact for customers visiting our supply location. This role serves as a trusted advisor , helping customers resolve parts and equipment needs quickly and accurately. The position is a hybrid of Customer Sales Associate and Warehouse Associate , supporting both front-counter service and back-end warehouse operations.

This is a fully on-site role , five days per week.

What You Will Do

Provide exceptional customer support by identifying solutions and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Partner with customers to grow sales by recommending related or complementary products

Interact with customers both in person and over the phone

Process customer orders and respond to inquiries, questions, or concerns related to parts and supply offerings

Execute quote and order management processes with accuracy, including entering quotes and invoices and monitoring fulfillment

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and offerings to deliver a high-quality customer experience

Utilize basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Use Salesforce as needed (experience helpful but not required)

Stock, organize, and maintain inventory to support smooth showroom and warehouse operations

Keep the warehouse and showroom clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Support warehouse operations including forklift operation , inventory management, logistics coordination, and shipping/receiving

Lift up to 50 lbs as required

Work overtime or weekends as business needs dictate

What You Will Bring

High School Diploma or GED

Experience in inside sales, retail, warehouse, or a related field

Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with an emphasis on customer service, organization, safety, and continuous improvement

Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, including in challenging situations

Forklift experience or willingness to operate forklifts as part of daily responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
