Legal Assistant - Plaintiff Personal Injury (On-Site, Green Bay)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support our litigation attorney in plaintiff personal injury cases at a leading law firm in downtown Green Bay. This is an on-site position located at 408 S. Monroe Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm (37.5 hours/week).

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents; maintain accurate electronic logs and filing.

Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, depositions, conference calls, and mediations.

Handle daily mail processing.

Request and track medical records, bills, employment, and tax information, including summarization and follow-up on outstanding items.

Assist with case expenses, invoices, and check requests.

Proactively support cases as well as office operations.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a law office.

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Dropbox.

Experience with Filevine case management software preferred.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize independent tasks.

Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Positive team player; works well under pressure and asks clarifying questions as needed.
