Respon sibilities for a mid-level Admin Assistant include but are not limited to:

Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, as well as handling incoming and outgoing communications.

Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and other financial tasks, and may also be involved in coordinating office events and projects.

This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Mid-level administrative assistants should be proficient in office software applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, and may be required to have experience with database management and other specialized software.

Candidates for mid-level Admin Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Mays Landing, NJ.

Proficient in MS Office programs: Excel/Word/Powerpoint and experience with database management.

HS Diploma or GED Equivalent.

Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

1-3 years experience in related field.

Pay: $ 25.15/hr

Contract Assignment: 6-Month

ONSITE: M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay Details: $25.15 per hour
