Legal Assistant

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Assists attorneys on legal matters including but not
limited to: conducting research & investigating legal questions,
preparing & filing legal documents, managing legal matters, organizing &
archiving documents, insurance claims management, engagement with highly
sensitive and confidential material including employment files,
immigration matters, IP administration and assistance with the IP
Steering Committee, corporate governance, litigation support ,risk
management, claim substantiation, legal operations, etc. Works directly
with internal partners and acts as a liaison between company and
customers/vendors. Provides administrative assistance and support to the

commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the commercial
legal field. Possesses strong business acumen including awareness of the
company\'s products and business strategies. Ability to perform fruitful
legal research and investigation using a variety of tools and points of
reference. Use of Microsoft Suite and SmartSheet extensively to prepare
professional documents including letters, memos, proposals,
presentations, spreadsheets, billing statements, and other departmental
reports as requested. Administrative tasks in general support of the
business unit such as calendar management, correspondence, scheduling,
