Job Duties The Seasonal Hotel Manager is responsible for the following duties: deliver exceptional, personalized service to all guests and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction; support operations when needed; oversee reservations, check-in and checkout, housekeeping schedules, and dining services; maintain smooth day-to-day functioning; monitor budgets, track expenses, and manage revenue streams to ensure profitability; coordinate repairs, maintain facilities, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards; promote the hotel through local partnerships, social media, and events to build reputation and attract guests; manage supplies for rooms, amenities, and food service to prevent shortage or waste; and, be available to handle urgent guest needs or property issues quickly and effectively. The position requires a high school degree or GED. Employer will provide workers at no charge with all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Employer will provide on the job training. 6 days/wk, 40 hrs/wk, Tu 2pm-7pm; W-Su 12pm-7pm; alternating every other Saturday with Tuesday off; off Mondays. Need one temporary, full-time Seasonal Hotel Manager. 04/01/2026-11/30/2026. $34.25/hr. The amount for daily subsistence will be at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Worksite: Wigwam Hotel LLC, 43958 State Hwy 6, Emily, MN 56447. Employer offers optional on-site private accommodation at the hotel. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers paid every two weeks (bi-weekly). Employer will take all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law; no other deductions will be taken by the employer. Employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (except passport fees). If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker original departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
