Candidate skills & requirements

Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., M3, SAP, or similar).
Experience with or interest in data management tools (SQL, Excel Query, Power BI or automation tools) is a plus.
Knowledge of accounting principles and an interest in digital transformation within finance.
Attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to work with complex datasets.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, collaborating with teams and stakeholders across the US, Mexico, Canada, the UK, and France, while navigating different time zones, cultures, and regulatory frameworks.
Passion for digital innovation and a strong interest in leveraging technology to improve finance processes.
Proactive, self-starter with a keen interest in finance, accounting, and digital transformation.
Ability to adapt to new software tools and technologies quickly.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
