What you willdo: Overall responsibility for managing day-to-day activities of the New York City territory ensuring customers have a positive experience in all aspects of the sales process. Develop, implement, and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Accountable for all financial metrics, revenue, GP, expenses, and EBIT targets. Maintain and strengthen current customer relationships while developing new opportunities. Regularly conduct market analysis to determine customer potential and develop a sales strategy. Work with the marketing and digital teams to develop plans for the expansion of the business in other territories, target marketing, sales promotions, and social media programs. Resolve issues from customers, vendors, and other departments promptly, as needed for appropriate resolution. Maintain relationships with vendors and manufacturers to ensure inventory availability to meet customer needs. Work with purchasing andsupply chain teams to ensure the timely availability/delivery of products.What you willbring: Ten or more years of experience in a salesleadershiprole. Demonstrated track record of revenue growth and sales performance. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytic and quantitative skills with the ability to utilize data.Physical Requirements and Work Environment The ability to sit, stand, and walk for the full length of the assigned shift. The ability to lift, push, and pull material and objects weighing up to 50 lbs. and heavier weights with proper equipment. The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climbto perform various duties. This job is performed within an office, retail, and light industrial environment. Ability to travel throughout the NYC region.
