Accounting Coordinator I (AR/AP)

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Onsite)

Temp- Hire 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday

Payrate: $25.00-27.00 an hour

Are you an organized, detail-driven accounting professional who enjoys keeping financial operations running smoothly? We're looking for an Accounting Coordinator to join our team and support both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions . In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate financial records, supporting collections, resolving billing issues, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors.

What You'll Do

Accounts Receivable

Follow up on past-due invoices and support A/R collections

Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes

Post customer payments, process credit memos, and prepare bank deposits

Respond to customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships

Prepare monthly A/R reports, spreadsheets, and NetSuite imports

Process credit card payments and support account reconciliations

Assist with month-end close activities

Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Accounts Payable

Review vendor invoices for accuracy and approvals

Enter invoices into the ERP system (NetSuite preferred)

Support weekly check runs and ACH payments

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies

Maintain accurate A/P documentation and files

Assist with month-end A/P reconciliations and accruals

What We're Looking For

Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience required

Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)

Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data formatting)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent organization, accuracy, and attention to detail

Strong communication skills with customers, vendors, and internal teams

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
