How you'll make an impact in this role

Capture high-quality diagnostic images by expertly maneuvering equipment and adjusting parameters to provide the clarity needed for accurate physician interpretation.

Identify critical pathologies and anatomical structures in real-time, acting as a clinical safeguard by recognizing significant findings or equipment limitations during the exam.

Optimize patient care journeys by ensuring the prompt and accurate submission of images and histories to digital archives, facilitating faster results for patients and their families.

Guarantee a safe and reliable imaging environment by performing rigorous quality control checks and proactively managing equipment health to prevent delays in care.

Uphold the highest clinical standards by maintaining a pristine, organized department and ensuring full compliance with all healthcare regulatory guidelines.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

One or more of the following required:

Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 24 Months (2 years) of hire date or job transfer date.

Radiologic Technologist specializing in Sonography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 24 Months (2 years) of hire date or job transfer date.

Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 24 Months (2 years) of hire date or job transfer date.

Education

High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical certificate/degree required.
