Marketing Associate, Channel Operations

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Associate for one of our clients Marketing Operations teams in Stamford, CT.

This role blends strategic planning with hands-on coordination across multiple marketing channels, ensuring consistent messaging, advisor engagement, and alignment with business goals. This person will be responsible for supporting the implementation of integrated channel marketing programs across digital, email, print, paid media, and events. They will maintain program calendars, timelines, and performance tracking across multiple initiatives, support lead generation and conversion strategies through targeted outreach and segmentation, and optimize the program based on data-driven insights to improve ROI and engagement.

They will ensure brand consistency and compliance across program assets and manage workflows across marketing channels ensuring alignment with brand and program goals. This role will be performed three days a week on-site in Stamford. The salary is between 100-115K.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

3-5 years of U.S. wealth marketing experience within asset management

Strong understanding of U.S. wealth management channels including RIA, broker/dealer and

independent firms

Track record of successfully managing and optimizing channel marketing programs

Strong project management skills and experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics,

Seismic, HubSpot, Constant Contact, Adobe, and more)

Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization , Search Engine Marketing , and paid media advertising Salesforce experience
