Warehouse Operations Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the beverage manufacturing and distribution industry, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Distribution and Logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000

What's the Job?

Strategically manage the warehouse operations in compliance with company policies and vision.

Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure smooth flow and efficiency.

Design and implement optimal layout plans to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.

Lead and develop warehouse staff, including performance evaluations and personal growth plans.

Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and manage third-party warehouse relationships.

What's Needed?

BS degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.

Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.

5 - 7 years of warehouse supervisory experience, with 2 - 3 years in a distribution center management role preferred.

Experience developing and managing an operating budget.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
