Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative at is responsible for handling product customer accounts and providing exceptional customer support. This role involves scheduling daily deliveries, utilizing dispatch software for efficient tracking, communicating with drivers, and promptly responding to customer inquiries. The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring smooth delivery operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and adhering to safety regulations.
SCHEDULE SATURDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY
Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintains dispatch information in MAS 200 and SkyBitz, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
Provides customer support related to pricing, payment, and invoicing management.
Follows DOT regulations to ensure safety compliance and proper handling of deliveries.
Participates in safety meetings and promptly reports any injuries, spills, property damage, or identified job hazards to management.
Works directly with customers either by telephone, electronically, or in-person to address inquiries and requests.
Serves as a liaison between customers and various departments, identifying and prioritizing issues for resolution.
Provides customers with product and service information, ensuring their satisfaction with products and managing their accounts.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED is required.
Bachelors degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
Valid Drivers License
Ability to use computer, Microsoft Office
