Job Description: Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for their Avon, NY location. The Warehouse Coordinator provides coordination of all warehouse functions, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols. Summary: For over 75 years, Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning has worked diligently to meet the changing heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses in Western, Upstate and Central New York. Isaac is one of the nation's largest privately held HVAC/R contractors and services over 35,000 clients a year. Isaac partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company. Responsibilities: Lead warehouse functions, including parts room, inventory storage, and loading dock areas. Team with General Manager to implement warehouse safety, inventory management, and workflow procedures. Responsible for loading delivery vehicles with parts scheduled for delivery and completing efficient deliveries and pick-up routes as needed. Facilitate effective communication between parts, warehouse, service teams, and delivery teams to ensure the timely availability of supplies and equipment for each job. Oversee inventory accuracy and conduct physical inventories/cycle counts while maintaining data accuracy within the company software program to provide up-to-date inventory reports. Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience and or HVAC experience. Supervisory experience required. Valid drivers license / clean driving record. Forklift experience preferred. Data entry and computer skills required. Competencies: Strong persuasion and communication skills. Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Results driven. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education, which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
