Overview\ We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, enhance team productivity, and ensure a smooth workflow across various departments. Responsibilities

Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors, answering

multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with excellent phone etiquette.

Handle all aspects of office management such as filing, data entry,

calendar management, and organizing documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.

Provide exceptional support by responding promptly to inquiries,

supporting patient needs, and maintaining positive communication channels.

Coordinate appointments, schedule meetings, and manage calendar

updates for team members or executives efficiently.

Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing

reports, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring data accuracy.

Assist with special projects including office organization

initiatives or personal assistant duties as needed to enhance overall office productivity.

Qualifications

Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with

strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),

Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy.

Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and

front desk operations.

Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading

and data entry tasks.

Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a

busy environment.

Previous experience as a medical receptionist, dental receptionist

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: \$18.00 - \$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 40 per week
