Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and help drive team productivity. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support including calendar management, travel arrangements, and document preparation.

Assist with front office management and ensure efficient workflow processes.

Support project management tasks and help coordinate meetings and events.

Maintain accurate records and respond to inquiries promptly.

Collaborate with team members to improve administrative operations and contribute to positive customer experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in administrative roles.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

Adaptability and commitment to continuous learning.

High emotional intelligence and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements - Proven experience in an administrative assistant or similar role.

Strong proficiency in data entry and office management systems.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong attention to detail and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
