Position Summary...
Lead the people strategy for a high-volume Grocery supply chain operation-supporting both Full and MDC environments-where safety, service, and execution matter every day. As a Human Resource Manager within Walmart Supply Chain, you'll partner with facility leadership to deliver staffing, associate relations, and HR operations that keep the business moving. This is a hands-on role with real influence on culture, compliance, and performance at scale.
About Global People Supply Chain:
Global People Supply Chain enables Walmart's supply chain network by aligning talent, culture, and HR operations to the needs of fast-paced facilities. We partner closely with site leaders to build strong associate experiences while meeting production, quality, and safety goals. In this role, you'll translate business priorities into practical people solutions-ensuring the facility has the right staffing, training completion, and HR support to deliver for stores, members, and customers.
What you'll do...
Spearhead HR operations, including benefits, hiring, payroll, and associate relations.
Drive business plans to achieve facility goals in production, quality, and safety.
Coach and develop leaders and associates through performance feedback, training needs identification, and talent decisions.
Ensure HR policy and legal compliance through accurate, confidential document and system management.
Investigate and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using sound judgment and partnership.
What you'll bring...
Experience leading HR operations in a high-volume environment (distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or similar).
Working knowledge of HR compliance requirements (company policy plus local/state/federal employment laws).
Demonstrated capability in staffing/recruiting execution, training completion tracking, and associate relations resolution.
Ability to analyze HR data to recommend and make business decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication with leaders, associates, and external partners.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Human Resources) and 2 years HR Generalist experience (e.g., payroll, workers compensation, benefits) with 1 year supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing employees; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees OR 1 year experience as a Walmart Logistics Human Resources Manager or Walmart Human Resources Office Manager supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates; managing associate workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of associates, including dealing with employment compensation/payroll processing, employee relations, recruiting/staffing, organizational planning, and/or training and development programs OR 3 years experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing employees, managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees including one year of experience managing human resource processes (e.g., staffing, payroll, workers compensation, benefits)
