We are searching for the best talent for Site Lead FM Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) to be located at Spring House, PA.
At Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) we take care of all J&J buildings around the world providing end to end services from Real Estate, Engineering & Strategic Project Delivery to Facilities Management. The Site Lead FM IMSC is responsible and accountable for FM hard and soft services for the new CAR-T manufacturing facility.
A suitable candidate for this role will have strong leadership & communication skills, relevant experience in a supply chain organization (e.g. engineering, maintenance, operations) and/or facilities management.
Key relationships include FM global functions, Site engineering and maintenance, Supply Chain business, site-level FM resources, outsourced vendors management team, key JNJ partners (e.g., Quality, Finance, IT, HR, EHS, Employee Health and Wellbeing, and Procurement), and external regulating agencies.
You will be responsible for :
Champion the delivery of standardized, high-quality FM hard and soft services in the site.
Manage the site team to deliver on budget, quality, efficiency, and EHS requirements.
Drive integration and alignment across functions and outsourced providers to enable seamless service delivery and strategic execution.
Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships between FM, GET, and site functions to align facilities strategy with business objectives and operational priorities.
Own vendor relationships, ensuring performance, issue resolution
Implement and maintain business continuity plans and infrastructure management programs.
Provide strategic FM input into capital and operational projects to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and site needs.
Support Project Development and Delivery teams on capital and infrastructure projects
Financial management of Business Plan, and management of long-range financial planning, based on the Asset Risk and Compliance structure.
Ensure regulatory compliance, proactively managing risk and maintaining audit readiness.
Develop and implement strategies to improve facility performance and sustainability, ensuring consistent alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Own the integrity of FM data, ensuring accuracy to support performance metrics, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Monitor and enforce compliance with mandatory training requirements, ensuring workforce readiness and regulatory adherence.
Ensure accountability for accurate occupancy, utilization, and spatial data, enabling strategic space planning and optimization.
Qualifications
Education :
University/Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Science, or similar degree is required.
Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or similar preferred
Experience and skills:
A minimum of 8 years of related work experience.
Strong proven experience in facilities and/or supply chain (operations, engineering or maintenance function).
Experience related to performance management, risk management, quality, safety, and compliance.
Knowledgeable in utility-based systems (e.g., chilled water, steam boilers, compressed air, emergency generators)
Proven budget and financial skills
Previous leadership experience
Experience managing in-house contractors
Other:
Demonstrated knowledge in both technical and business disciplines
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Proven success in achieving project goals
Knowledge of compliance in EHS, Factory Mutual, and other relevant regulatory standards
Relevant certifications (e.g., IFMA, CEM)
Experience with sustainability and green building initiatives
Strong track record of local collaboration, ensuring project completion and people development
Ability to maintain both strategic and tactical focus
