Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to design and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle, including needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding.

Conduct market research and advise managers on market trends and hiring practices.

Leverage technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and enhance the candidate experience.

Design and execute candidate generation strategies while building a strong talent pipeline.

Participate in strategic projects related to talent acquisition, such as employer branding and process improvement.

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company's image.

Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve recruitment processes.

Essential Skills

5 to 8 years of experience in recruitment, including complex and high-volume roles.

Bilingual proficiency in French and English.

Experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry.

Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Team-oriented and results-driven with strong influencing skills.

Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Strong client focus and innovative mindset.

Excellent command of sourcing techniques and digital tools, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Knowledge of market trends and recruitment best practices.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Work Environment

The position offers a hybrid work environment, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote after training.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Wichita, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $40.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
