Job Description
Job Purpose
The Global Enterprise Accounts (EA) Finance Director leads the financial and commercial agenda for the Enterprise Account Project Management business at T&T. This role carries significant influence in shaping financial outcomes and in guiding the long-term commercial success of the global enterprise portfolio. The director serves as a trusted partner to the EA executive team, regional leadership teams, global senior leaders, and the wider finance community across Turner & Townsend and CBRE.
While the role reports through the North American region, it maintains a strong and active connection to the global T&T finance organization. The director leads a team of Finance Business Partners and Finance Analysts, creating clarity through strategic finance business partnering, high quality forecasting, and meaningful performance insight. The role provides commercially focused decision support that strengthens delivery, builds confidence, and equips leaders to make decisions that improve financial performance and long-term value.
Responsibilities will comprise of supporting across multiple areas, including but not limited to:
Business partnering and commercial support
Own the commercial financial performance of the business, working in partnership with the EA executive team, Regional Managing Directors and Regional Finance Directors around the world, Global FP&A, Global CAO, and Global CFO to support consistent financial insight, stronger performance oversight, and unified commercial outcomes.
Lead the development and delivery of commercial budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
Build a strong partnership with CBRE to ensure shared, consistent, and reliable financial analysis.
Ensure executive decision-making is guided by high-quality analysis, scenario modelling, and forward-looking insight from Commercial Finance and FP&A teams.
Act as a senior point of advice for commercial decision-making across the business.
Collaborate with operations teams to review contractual requirements pre-bid, to elevate pricing quality on new opportunities, and to ensure we secure the full value embedded in our existing portfolio.
Drive global and local initiatives to improve profitability, efficiency, pricing discipline, and cash performance.
Support and challenge business leaders through clear, actionable financial insight, ensuring alignment between commercial priorities and financial strategy.
Team leadership
Lead and manage the regional Finance Business Partner teams (FBP) and partner with the regional and global FP&A team.
Represent the Enterprise business in global and regional level finance discussions, ensuring local perspectives are reflected.
Act as the escalation point for significant financial or contractual issues in the business.
Develop and mentor FBP team members, building leadership capability across the finance organization.
Promote collaboration and best practice sharing across regional finance leaders.
Qualifications
Key Requirements
Strong strategic finance leadership experience, with significant exposure to commercial decision-making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to provide clarity and direction in complex or ambiguous environments.
Proven ability to influence senior executives and shape organizational strategy.
Proven experience of delivering high-quality executive reporting so the business is visible, understood, and well managed.
Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing high-performing teams across multiple layers.
Strong analytical and presentation skills, translating financial information into compelling insight for senior leadership.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence both operational and strategic decisions.
CPA optional, MBA or strong business background preferred. Experience in professional services project-based business or complex contracting preferred.
